Join us and learn the skills and strategies that will SAVE YOUR LIFE! Bring your partner, friend or a group!  BUT, WHY SHOULD I COME? Good question.  In just 2 hours you will:  -  Learn one critical move that will save your life. -  Walk away feeling confident in your ability to defend yourself, partner, friends and family.  -  Have knowledge of concepts of self-awareness, spatial awareness in different scenarios. -  Learn standing defense to grabs, locks, chokes...etc. Ground defense to several self-defense situations. -  Basic Muay Thai/MMA techniques such as punching, kicking and knees. -  Effectively execute partner drills to demonstrate knowledge of the techniques and applications. -  Have a ton of fun!  Details: This seminar will cover basic to advanced principles, skills, concepts and techniques necessary for you to defend yourself from an attacker.  You will learn and apply REAL Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA,  Jiu-Jitsu and grappling techniques to real-life applications.  Kru John Info and Credentials  John Cumper (Kru John)  is the owner of Life is Hard Fighting is Easy LLC.Kru John is certified Master level in Muay Thai under Kru Mark DellaGotte of Sityodtong Muay Thai Academy. He has trained in several different types including: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) , MMA and Muay Thai.  He has competed in Muay Thai  and MMA fights. He has also competed in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate tournaments.  Coach John has obtained the following credentials: -NASM Certified Personal Trainer -200-Hour Yoga certification/Trauma based Yoga certification -NASM Certified Nutrition Specialist -Level III Certified Muay Thai Instructor -Burns With Kearns, Level 1 MMA Fitness
