  When you sign up for membership monthly subscription program, you will receive:

 -  A free custom Fighting is Easy face mask

 -Either two or four 30 minute coaching calls per month 

    In the calls I will:  

    * Provide you motivation, accountability & support 

    * Provide easy to follow programming for your home workouts

    * Set up your nutrition plan

    * Provide skills to maximize your potential 

    *Provide skills to overcome life's obstacles
