  • I always wanted to start a fitness program but time was always the problem, I saw a muay thai promo on groupon so i figured i give it a try?

4.       What has your interaction and relationship with John (Fighting is Easy)?

  • Fighting is easy called me and the conversation I had with John made me definitely glad I chose this trainer?  John was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about fitness.  I felt important and not just a potential member of a gym.  I left the conversation feeling like i now have a personal trainer ready to tailor make an activity regimen that meets my needs and fitness level.

  • John and I worked on the fundamentals of Muay Thai: proper striking and defense along with a proven workouts that strengthens the core, calves, biceps, pecs, shoulders and cardio.  John also spent time instructing me on proper stretching techniques and explained the reasoning behind each exercise.

  • Fighting is easy helped me understand the importance of having a comprehensive approach to fighting. John did a great job infusing flexibility, stamina, footwork and power striking all in one workout.
