You will learn and apply REAL Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA,  Jiu-Jitsu and grappling techniques to real-life applications.

Coach John has a huge passion for martial arts, self-defense,  yoga, fitness and wellness. 


Coach John has trained  in martial arts for over 3 decades and is a Certified Kru (master in Muay Thai ) under Kru Mark DellaGrotte of Sityodtong Muay Thai Academy. Kru Johnhas trained in several different types including: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) , MMA and Muay Thai. 


Coach John has also competed in Muay Thai  and MMA fights. He has also competed in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate tournaments.

Coach John is also experienced in competitive running, weightlifting, body resistance training, kettlebell training, TRX and strength and conditioning training for athletes and non‐athletes.
