This month is Black History month.
For this month, I will highlight a black martial artist or wellness person that have made an impact in their respective industries.
This week it is Michael Jai White
Here is some info about this great actor and martial artist.
Michael Jai White (born November 10, 1967) is an American actor and martial artist.
He practice several styles of martial arts including Martial arts: Kyokushin, Taekwondo, Jujutsu, Tang Soo Do, Shotokan, Chinese martial arts, Gōjū-ryū, Okinawan kobudō.
He was one of the first African Americans to portray a major comic book superhero in a major motion picture, having starred as Al Simmons, the protagonist in the 1997 film Spawn.
Michael Jai White also started in several movies that are worth watching including Never Back down, Never Back Down 2, Universal Soldier: The Return, and Black Dynamite, among many others.
He also appeared in comedies such as the Tyler Perry films Why Did I Get Married? and Why Did I Get Married Too?
