Return and Cancellation Policy
If the order was cancelled within 72 hours after the initial
 purchase, then you will receive a full refund. 

After 72 hours, the order will be processed
and you will be ineligible for a refund.

Rescheduled Events
If the event was rescheduled, we will contact you with the new date
and time when we are aware of this change. 

The decision to issue refunds for rescheduled/postponed
events will be determined on a case by case basis.

Shipping and Handling Policy
Tickets will be mailed to your billing address via
standard mail 72 hours after purchase.

The rate of $3.50 is for ticket purchases only.

 If purchased tickets seven days before the scheduled event,
please contact poundcake@fightingiseasy.com to explore other options.

Will Call
Tickets can be picked up at an undisclosed location
within the Massachusetts area unless specified by the business manager. 

After 72 hours, you will receive an email to confirm the location.

 Three attempts will be made for pick up and if
unsuccessful, your refund will be voided. 

If you ultimately decide to receive your tickets via USPS,
your credit card will be charged for those costs. 

“Life is Hard. Fighting is Easy.” will not be responsible for the
 arrival date of tickets if you change your shipping options.

Will call tickets will be available until 6 hours before
the event, unless otherwise specified.

You will be required to present:
1) A government issued photo identification
(E.g.- a driver’s license, passport, Massachusetts Liquor ID, etc.)

2) The credit card used for purchase

 3) Your confirmation number in order to pick up your tickets. 

Tickets will not be released to persons whose name
on the government issued photo ID and the credit card
does not match the name used to purchase the tickets.

Merchandise

in writing by the business manager.

The decision to issue refunds for merchandise
will be determined on a case by case basis.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded if you choose the
 shipping and handling, tickets only option for merchandise purchases.
